His Highness Shiekh Hamdan bin Mohammad bin Hamdan Al Nahyan is a member of the Ruling Family of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Family is the primary political and economical power of UAE. ​

HH Shiekh Hamdan is the great-grandson of the former ruler of the Abu Dhabi Emirate, HH Sheikh Hamdan Al Nahyan (1912-1922), and the grandson of HH Shiekh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the first President of UAE. He is the nephew of HH Sheikh Khalif bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, acting Ruler of Abu Dhabi and the UAE President.

He graduated from the Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst, Great Britain and obtained both his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Master’s Degree in HR Management from the Universitry of Southern California.

HH Shiekh Hamdan is a businessman and takes part in the assignment of major construction contracts for oil & gas businesses of the Ruling Family (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company and all of its subsidiaries with contracts portfolio over 13 billion USD during 2012-2015). He also controls projects in international logistics and agro-industry.

He plays an effective role in maintaining a link between government and private sectors. Following family tradition, he represents the senior members of his Royal Family and facilitates the support of government programs with charitable activities.

Under his charitable activities, and on behalf of the UAE Cabinet, HH Sheikh Hamdan is currently heading and developing the “World’s Strongest Man Federation” (WSF (Which promotes sport in the UAE and encourages physical fitness.
